Nearly everyone under the age of 60 has played one or more videogames in his life. Most of them do it on smartphones and on a regular basis. The internet has brought gaming people together - at least virtually. But there are second to none physical places that give gamers a home. You can see the need for it if you watch the success of events like the gamescom.
We asked ourselves if we could transport the atmosphere of a cinema to a place gamers could come to. We answered with this concept of a place, that could exist in every western city. Half physical, half virtual, we took the best of both worlds to create a setting that doesn't necessarily associate with a profane "gambling den".
Parts of the concept were a business plan, user experience, shop selection, branding and communication.
